From the very first text, Steven was responsive, honest, and professional. Even though I already had a sewer camera inspection from another company, he insisted on doing his own instead of quoting off someone else’s work, which really showed integrity. Casey handled the inspections and documentation, Brandon and Casey installed the new piping flawlessly, and Anthony did an excellent job with the excavation—even with high tide and tough ground conditions. Stephanie made the permitting process smooth and stress-free.
The workmanship and materials were top-notch, communication was clear throughout, and everything was documented with before-and-after photos and videos. They even restored my landscaping when the job was finished.

Im not big on writing reviews but had to call out the awesome job Steven and the Drain King Plumbing team did! I was dealing with failing cast iron and orangeburg pipes that caused overflow issues in my home in Oakland Park. I initially had another company come out to camera scope the lines. They not only charged a hefty price but provided sub par video quality and diagnostic assesment( i.e.- their assesment later proved to be wrong). I found Drain King Plumbing online and after reading all their positive reviews, reached out for a second opinion.
Casey came out and scoped the lines, at no cost I might add, and sat with me for a good 45 mins reviewing the video in detail explaining what was likely causing the issues I was having. I eventually did proceed with the full cast iron pipe replacment to have peace of mind updating the whole system as there were multiple deteriorated holes and some dipping in the lines.
Not going to lie, I was very anxious undertaking such a large project and the disruption/noise it likely was going to cause. I was pleasantly surprised the whole team went out of their way to make it as streamline as possible. The contract review and permit process was quick and efficient and they got to work right away. I was kept informed daily on progress( including detailed videos/photos). While we did encounter some unexpected conditions( tons of coral rock!) that did increase cost and tunnel excavation time required, Steven reassured me they would get it all resolved. I was also happy to see the quality of materials that were used to ensure longevity of the work performed.
We are now about 2 weeks out from completion and I have had no further plumbing issues. They also went out of their way to fully clean up and leave my yard the way they found it( maybe even alittle better).. All in all, I am very happy with the work Steven and his crew performed! Everyone was very knowledgable and considerate throughout the whole process. I highly recommend them if you are dealing with a failing cast iron drain system!

After dealing with recurring drain clogs for over a year, I finally found a plumber who knew exactly what he was doing. On the first visit, he used a camera to inspect the line and quickly identified the issue based on the video and my past problems.
I hired him within a few days, and the whole process was smooth. Pricing was fair, the technician was professional and skilled, and the repair was done right.

Drain King Plumbing is truly the real deal and absolutely deserves every one of their five-star reviews. We had a serious sewer emergency very early in the morning at our home when sewage backed up through our shower and toilet. I searched on Google for an emergency sewer and drain plumber near me, and Drain King Plumbing came up first.
Anthony arrived quickly, cleared the line to stop the backup, and performed a camera inspection that showed our underground cast-iron pipes were broken and failing. He explained everything clearly and honestly. One of our biggest concerns came from friends and family who had similar issues — they told us their floors were cut open and that they had to move out for months. We also had other companies talk about lining the pipe as a temporary fix.
Drain King Plumbing took a completely different approach. Instead of cutting floors or using a liner as a band-aid, they tunneled underneath the home and fully replaced the broken cast-iron pipes. They worked around our schedule and completed the pipe replacement while we were at work. We never had to move out, never had to stop using our plumbing, and it honestly felt like just another normal day.
From there, the entire team moved fast and worked efficiently. Anthony handled the excavation crew, while Casey and Carlos completed the plumbing work and replaced the old cast-iron pipes with new PVC. Steven, the owner, was on top of everything from start to finish and made sure nothing was delayed. He immediately had Stephanie, the office manager, help us with the permit process, and the permit was approved the same day.
The pricing was fair and reasonable, communication was excellent, and all inspections passed. This team works together incredibly well and delivers exactly what they promise. Steve and his team did an AMAZING and OUTSTANDING job!!! They went above and beyond and were incredibly patient with explaining the work to be done step by step. I primarily reside in a different time zone and he still made concessions to work with our time schedules. They went under my property and put in all new piping to make sure no more back ups would occur! And very reasonably priced considering all the work to be done! I highly recommend Drain King!!
