Terrified for my bank account I found Drain Hound online and was impressed with the reviews. Taylor was uber responsive, on time and texted when he was on the way. Showed me exactly what was going on down in the pipes with the camera - was super clean and took the time to really get all of the sludge out after unclogging the main. After the clog was cleared it was still super gross - the clog was new but the sludge wasn’t - cleared it all out so it won’t happen again. Ran water from everywhere and even helped with a slow draining sink that I had had an issue with forever. Taking the extra time to show me what was going on with the camera was great - as a woman there have been many times where I have felt like I was being taken advantage of and there was not much I could do about it. Not at all the case with Taylor.
Reasonably priced and total came in lower than his initial quote. I would recommend him to anyone and if I need a plumber again wouldn’t think about calling anyone else. Thanks again Taylor!

We recently purchased a 1950s farmhouse with original galvanized plumbing, and shortly after moving in we discovered the laundry drain was completely clogged from years of buildup. Taylor responded quickly, arrived fully prepared, and had the expertise and equipment needed to diagnose and clear the blockage in less than 30 minutes.
Everything has been working flawlessly since. It’s hard to find professionals who combine knowledge, efficiency, and great customer service, but Taylor delivered on all three. Taylor was prompt and exceptionally helpful. We had a few items we needed fixing and pipework moved. He was timely, gave great advice and cleaned up after the work was done. Taylor does great work and charges reasonable prices for his services. He installed a shower kit for me including hooking up the drain, and he got it all done very quickly. Will definitely contact again for plumbing needs.
