Would give a -5 if I could. Called, asked if they could install a bathtub, said yes. Someone could come give an estimate, would be a $99 service charge to do so. Was in a time crunch, said sure. Guy shows up, not even in a DrainGo truck but some other HVAC company. Comes in, spends 2 minutes looking takes a few pictures, says he'll need to discuss with his senior and get me a quote in the next day or so.... $105 (after tax) later and no quote two weeks later.

Huge thanks to the technician Joshua for a great job. He was courteous and explained the issues with my old garbage disposal. The new unit was installed efficiently, and they took the time to test it for leaks and make sure everything was working perfectly. The receptionist Ashley was very polite, great customer service. I highly recommend DrainGo!

I highly recommend this plumbing company.
Their pricing is reasonable.
And customer service is excellent.
I had a mess on my hands! I had called several companies to try and get some help but everyone was booked up. I called Drain Go and Ashley said that maybe they could look at my plumbing issue today, since there was a plumber working near my house, it took a few hours but Javier came by and assessed the matter and went to work. He was able to fixed the problem and now everything is working just fine.
