It is so sad when there is deception in services that are fundamental to daily functioning. Monkeywrench took advantage of a plumbing issue that left us without water for two days. They collected $1200 of ours and told us the entire price would be $2400 out-of-pocket. We got a second opinion it ended up costing us $380 and was resolved within 20 minutes. When asked for a refund for our money since services were never provided and the estimate was grossly overpriced we received Horrible customer service that has resulted still and no refund. I want to warn end of anybody who uses this service do not sign anything. Do not accept a Bid without a second opinion. They never touched a single pipe or appliance in our home and have walked away with $1200 that is not theirs.

I’m not sure if this company just replaces equipment? We called because our pilot light wouldn’t stay on in our water heater. The gentlemen who came out didn’t even touch our water heater…he said “it needs to be replaced.” My husband told him that he had looked up that it could be the thermocouple and he said well “if I touch it, it will cost you $190.” Well, it was the thermocouple which is $10! So just a word of caution if you think something is broken and can be easily fixed call a handyman not this place.
