Donnie came out to replace my water heater. Donnie did a great job replacing the water heater in a little over a hour. After completion Donnie cleaned up the area an removed all trash. Very professional a customer oriented. Highly recommend

Called for a double bathroom sink issue. Donnie was there within minutes as he was in the area. He was quick and efficient. He took care of the issue with the sinks, but also noticed additional issues that needed repair; the toilet and shower handles. He was informative, fast, honest, and got the job done. I felt like he went above and beyond for us. I appreciate his quick response and professionalism. Definitely using his services in the future.

I was staying at my moms house and could not get the hot water to flow out of the bathtub faucet. I am the only person who uses the bathtub so I did not want an expensive repair. I do not live in Visalia and after having bad experiences with other plumbers, I called Donnie Dodds plumbing. (Only after reading reviews). Donnie responded right away and an appointment was scheduled. He was punctual, in fact he texted me when he was on his way. He was professional and was able to fix the problem fairly quickly. It was obvious that he knew what he was doing and did not try to recommend an expensive alternative. Although not scheduled, I asked if he could replace a faucet in the garage, which he did. I was very impressed with the quality of his work and fair pricing. I highly recommend Donnie Dodds Plumbing.
