Done Right Plumbing lived up to their name for us. They replaced our main water line in one day. This was a trench less replacement and our property created some real challenges in boring the trench. Steve the owner, personally operated the equipment. He repeatedly assured me that they were going to get it done. They did, new PEX piping and connections to city line and our house. They returned and effectively repaired the concrete that had to be removed. I will recommend Done Right to anyone that has a large complex plumbing repair or replacement.

The guys from Done Right Plumbing were amazing. I called them the morning I found out I had a main water line leak that was between my house and my meter. They came out within 2 hours to assess and give me a quote. They said they could complete the job the next day!!
They came out and replaced my main water line the next day. They quoted me the best price! They even were able to fix the leaking shower I had by replacing the gasket in the wall. I will definitely call on them if I have additional plumbing needs.

We had a great experience working with Done Right Plumbing. Wendy was very helpful in getting us an appointment within an hour of calling. Joseph, who came to fix the leak under my Dad’s sink was friendly and efficient and did a great job of explaining his repairs and he took the time to show me what he was seeing. We chose Done Right because the company was recommended by neighbors as we dealt with a very serious failure of our sewer and water pipe system. Our house is quite unusual in its build. Malikai assessed the house with great details to understand better the issues. With great clarity and intelligence he was able to offer a couple of concrete solutions, always aware of the cost associated with each options. We felt very confident that he had our best interest at hand. Malikai is thorough, logical and skilled. He is very much solution oriented. We are very thankful that Malikai was our point person. Done Right came on short notice and got my tankless hot water heater up in short order. They were professional and accommodating. I am not sure what else can be expected from a home repair service provider. Have used them before and will use them again.
