Recently we experienced major sewage issues at the Greene County Historical Society Museum in Waynesburg Pennsylvania.
We called Don Shrivers Video Drain to come in and diagnose the issue, his crew arrived promptly at the perscribed time the next morning, scoped the drains and we figured out the issue.
We called Don in to do a CIPP Lining in our century old cast iron pipes, and the work was done promptly, professionally, thoroughly and quickly. Don and his crew have an excellent work ethic, they work cleanly, and leave everything as they found it, if not better, and they are just an all around excellent group of people to work with.
I was constantly kept informed of what was going on, what all of the processes were, what to expect and if any other issues arose.
The communication was top notch. I've worked with many contractors over the years and this has 100% been the best experience I have ever had. We WILL be using Don Shriver's Video Drain Service for future work.

Don Shriver was very prompt in returning calls and helping us with our issues. We were very pleased with his professional opinions and work ethic. He didn't try to over sell to us and was honest about recommendations for our needs with interior french drains as well as creating a slope away from the home for correct water drainage.
