Dirt Cheap came in to replace a 115 year old water line to one of our rental homes in Seattle. We have used them to replace other rental homes water lines in the past. We started using them about 20 or so years ago. They have consistently done excellent work for us, They have been clear as to the cost and time length to get the required work done for us. They've always cleaned up and went the extra mile to make sure the work area was as nice as possible when completed. Coordinating city inspections when necessary and letting us know if there are potential problems that come up while doing the work. We will continue to use them as our future needs for their services comes up.

If there was a sixth star, Dirt Cheap would likely be 100% 6-star.
You never want to find out that you have a water main leak on your side of the meter. I contacted many companies for estimates, after Angel showed up, I didn't need any further.
From the first consult through the finish of the extensive(250ft) water line replacement, the team at Dirt Cheap/Second Opinion were amazing. The office staff is really good about coordination. The work crews are very efficient and had a ton of respect for the property they were working on.
The crew used a blend of trenched and trenchless water line replacement. The whole job was completed in 4 days, including backfilling and permit finalization.
The city inspector said that we definitely chose the right company. Everything was finished properly the first time. Nothing needed extra care.
The biggest bonus was that my dogs loved the whole crew.

Dirt Cheap Sewer was a great company to work with on our septic to sewer conversion. Their bid was the middle cost of 3 bids, but the bid's scope and detail were laid out much better than the other 2, and communication with them was much better. They were able to start the week after we approved it, and had a efficient crew who knew what they were doing. In addition to the trench on the property, they did a bore underneath the driveway so as not to disrupt that. We were not aware that a separate electrician was also required, but they were able to arrange that. They did a good job of restoring the disrupted landscape. One of the irrigation pipes was broken and when we discovered that, they promptly agreed to pay for the repair. The best thing about working with this company was the outstanding communication! Collin, the owner, was readily available by text or email to answer questions as we went along. Couldn't be happier!

I had a great experience with Dirt Cheap Sewer Inc. I hired them to install the sewer line for my DADU. By far the best contractor I’ve worked with for the project. Very efficient, fast and professional. I highly recommend this business! Would hire them again!

Antonio did a great job hydro jetting the roots out of my sewer line. He was very friendly and professional. Antonio took the time to show me the line and answer any questions I had. Very much recommend Dirt Cheap!
