I am not even giving it 1 star!! I called last week and they said that they may could come on Thursday but probably Friday morning would be better. I called on that Friday morning and he said yes we are coming out that morning. He didn't! I tried calling him all day to get an estimated time and he never answered his phone or his voicemail. No phone call to me to explain or anything. Still no answer on this Monday morning. Needless to say I have to find someone else.
The way this was handled was very bad. At least call me and explain something but no, nothing. I will tell everyone about how badly we were treated.
I will check the outdoor plumbing system repair as what I was expecting but never got. As well as the other questions so that I can get this to post. But nothing was done. They didn't come like they said they would.
