Unfortunately, I am forced to use this plumbing company by my landlord and would never choose to work with them again if I had a choice.
Their lack of professionalism and communication has been awful. They were approved to come on a scheduled day and then failed to communicate if or when they would return. We were left without working toilets for several days, and I had to call their main office myself just to get a vague timeframe, which they then did not honor.
They showed up unannounced, including on a Saturday night, without authorization. When my employee arrived the next day, our business had been left in unacceptable condition: mud tracked throughout the studio and smeared all over the bathroom. This is a client-facing business, and leaving a space in that condition is completely unacceptable.
They also claimed work had been completed when it had not been and repeatedly showed up without notice. The lack of accountability, communication, and basic respect for a tenant’s business is alarming.
Trashing an active business, leaving it dirty, and disrupting operations is not how any professional contractor should operate. I would strongly caution any business owner against using this company if you have a choice.

Just had to fire my old plumbing company after 7 years - I got an 8K estimate for unecessary work! Diamondback Plumbing came in and solved the problem the NEXT day. The tech (Jason) was super friendly and offered me some great advice going forward. Will DEF call them again to fix my plumbing. Highly reccomend.

Loyal customer that will no longer use this company. Been using them for over 20yrs until now. Was told that the kitchen and bathroom faucet, that I bought myself, would be $650.00 to replace. I get there is new ownership, however price gouging, let alone to long time loyal customers, I'm out. Congratulations, you have lost a long-time customer.

I called to have a kitchen facuet that I provided installed. Was told that the service call was $197.00
got billed for $249 because that is the charge for install a kitchen facuet. I should have been told that when I made the appointment. I would have shopped around. $249 and they were there less than 45minutes. A flat rate is not the best way to keep customers happy.
Needless to say I have used them for years but that was my last time. One star is too much but I can't post with no stars
