He took the time to listen to what we were looking for, explained everything in a way that made sense, and didn’t try to upsell us on anything unnecessary. The install itself was clean and professional and took the time to make sure everything was working properly before leaving. He is an all-around nice, down to earth guy which really goes a long way when you’re having work done in your home.

I had a great experience with Dees Plumbing and Heating. Charles came out to help with an issue where one of our heating zones wasn’t warming properly, and he was excellent from start to finish. He was quick, professional, clean, and very knowledgeable, and he explained what was going on in a way that made everything easy to understand.
The pricing felt fair and honest, and best of all, he got everything working again just in time for a big winter storm. I’m really grateful for how smooth the whole process was. I highly recommend Dees Plumbing and Heating, and especially Charles!

Positive experience!! My bathtub drain had a problem and Charles knew what the cause was immediately and fixed the issue. It’s working fine now!! He even answered the phone when I called on a weekend and was available when it was convenient for me after hours during my workweek. He doesn’t charge an “arm&a leg”, but affordable prices!! Easygoing and a good listener when I mentioned the plumbing issues. I recommend Dee’s Plumbing!!

Charles Dees Plumbing was very professional, efficient and attentive. Charles responded to my call when my parents water heater suddenly broke. The turnaround time to have it replaced was amazing.
