I cannot say enough positive things about this company. We arrived home after a 6 month sabbatical & no water. We have used DBR in the past & called on weekend no less! They came asap to assess the issue, explain, & repair what they could before returning to finish after the weekend. They were all respectful, honest & friendly. Thank you DBR Plumbing 😊 . We had two plumbing issues and Kevin and Joe from DBR fixed both of them. Both repairs required rerouting sink drain pipes: one from a basement sink and the other from an upper floor kitchen sink. Kevin and Joe were pleasant, answered our questions, and explained and showed us everything they did. The work was completed over a two-day period.

Today was the first time we used DBR Plumbing and we could not be more satisfied! We had water backing up from the floor drain in our basement utility room with no idea of the cause. Josh and Joe arrived in less than an hour, immediately went to work snaking the drain and cleared the clog in record time. Fingers crossed that this was a “one off” situation but if not, we certainly know who to call! Some of the best customer service we have ever experienced. Thank you Josh and Joe!
