I have used Daniel's Plumbing for many years. I appreciate that it is a locally owned small business not a corporate giant with upsells. The owner is an upstanding and honest man. My service tech, Jonathan B, was also 5 stars. He was professional, personable, and knowledgeable. Service was scheduled for same day even though it was not an emergency!

Hunter from Daniels plumbing was great! Very respectful, very knowledgeable, and provided multiple options and provided logical options better for long term. He also showed how I can do my own maintenance to ensure the best performance!

Austin and Boon did an excellent job at my house. Fixed a leak from the pipes of the tankless hot water heater and corrected a bad plumbing job, fixed a toilet, and improved the setup for an outdoor water line. Will definitely use this company again.

Jonathan was the service rep that came out to do the repair. This employee was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable about what he was doing. He also gave me some helpful preventative information about other potential issues that could arise, and how to fix it. Very competent plumber.

I spoke to the plumber who told me they would try a more cost effective fix before trying the more expensive fix. They did the work and told us everything was great, then the same issue recurred. Now they are saying that they don't do the type of work we initially requested and called me a liar even though I have stated from the beginning what the issue is. They grifted us out of thousands of dollars.
We understood that the job may end up being more expensive, but I would've started with a company than I'll complete the project all at once rather than pay for almost half of what we were quoted from another company to do the COMPLETE job. We were under the impression that if the initial fix didn't cut it, they would complete the work and we would pay the remainder. They were duplicitous in their explanation , and wasted $13000 of our hard earned money. I may not have any legal recourse but I would never trust their word.
To add insult to injury, I had to hound them for a financing link to give them my money. They have been unresponsive and as of today, downright rude. I wish I had moved on to the company who warned me they were trying to fool us, but we were desperate for a solution that would save us money. Lesson learned.
