Country Gentlemen is a great outfit. I have had them do some small jobs before but now I had a BIG job. Rick came out and carefully looked over my issues and suggested a few things that others did not. They were very competitive on price and I just had a better feeling of trust and they did not disappoint. As the CG team left, they insured me that all was double checked but if anything comes up, they would quickly take care of it. I won't call anyone else to do my plumbing.

The minute Kristina answered the phone, I knew I was in great hands! From Kristina who was responsive in answering my calls and emails, from Ed the friendliest and most helpful plumber you ever want to meet and Ron the owner who actually takes the time to answer your questions ...Country Gentlemen Plumbing is the place to call!
My husband and I ended up taking down a camp with a faulty foundation and downsized to what ended up being a new build! Needless to say...we opened a Pandora’s box full of issues!!! We called all over the County and the quotes we received for plumbing were outrageous! When we called Country Gentlemen, we got a great price quote and what turned out to be amazing customer service and quality plumbing! We worked with Ed the plumber who was so helpful in explaining the work we needed done and even guiding us in some decisions! Ed is so kind, honest and trustworthy...we really enjoyed working with him! Ron the owner is also so knowledgeable on Town/County plumbing codes and was very responsive to any issues that arose! He actually took the time to explain exactly what we needed for our plumbing inspection! Also, I can’t say enough about Kristina who provided outstanding and friendly customer service by answering our countless phone calls and emails! By the end of new build, I developed a great relationship with the whole team which is hard to come by these days!!! This company, which is located right in Baldwinsville is truly a gem!

I hired County Gentlemen Plumbers to look at toilets that were not flushing fully, a tub that wasn't sending all water to the shower, and a broken garbage disposal.
They were the only local company I called that didn't charge me for an estimate. They sent someone out within a few days (since my issues were merely annoying, not emergencies) and provided me with a reasonable, fair quote.
I scheduled the job several weeks in advance so I could arrange to be home the entire time on a weekday (this job was going to take at least 3-4 hours). Though they said they would, they didn't confirm this date with me when we got close to it, which is why I'm not giving five stars. I had to initiate that conversation two days before the date I thought I had scheduled and I didn't know until the day before that they'd actually be coming. For a job that long, that was hard to not have that confirmation, especially since it required me to alter my work schedule.
They did arrive as scheduled and completed the work. When they left, I noticed that the garbage disposal that had been installed was not the one that should have been installed per our contract. I contacted them to inquire about this, and they came back to replace it with the correct one within two business days. They did not charge me for this mistake.
Kristina and Stephanie from the office were very courteous and pleasant to deal with. The plumbers who came to do the estimate and the job itself were also polite.
I now have functioning toilets, a functioning shower, and a functioning garbage disposal. I am very happy and would call Country Gentlemen Plumbers again for any future plumbing needs.

Excellent service. Joe is very knowledgeable and professional. We hired them for multiple issues at our neighbors house who is an elderly vet and honestly it has been the best experience we have had with a repair service. We trust them hands down over anyone else we have used in the past. We are customers for life! Thank you for being responsive and kind and thorough in your work.
