Had a fantastic experience with Adam. He explained everything he was doing and provided tips on maintenance. His work was quick but thorough. He even moved my garbage cans to the top of my driveway as he was packing up.

Kevin arrived right on time. He was polite and neat. He explained everything that needed to be done along with possible alternatives. After we discussed everything we agreed which option would be best (not pressured at all). He was very quick and experienced. I will definitely call them the next time I need a plumber!! 😊

Connelly came and replaced my exterior spigot including the pipe that goes through to the basement. Access on both interior and exterior sides is easy and unobstructed. Service and the explanation of the issues was excellent and for that alone I would recommend Connelly. I will think twice before using them myself since the cost was unexpectedly high. The $477 they charged was 30 to 50% higher than anticipated. The parts are available from Home Depot for under $60. The work took less than 30 minutes. Connelly says they charge $89 for a service call. So what justifies the addition $200 plus cost?

Adam is great! I thought I was going to need a new faucet but he had a quick trick that he wanted to try first – and it worked! Saved me hundreds of $$$.
