Late and a bit pricey but competent. Was given a window by their secretary of 10 and 11am. She weirdly promised me three times during the short phone call that we would receive a call 15minutes before arrival of the plumber and made very sure she had the right number. We were looking for a new plumber around 1230 when the plumber showed up unannounced. Would have been fine with no phone call had he been in the window and I wasn't promised a call 3 times without prompting.
Work was good and Clyde was polite and professional replacing our faucet. Price was on the high end for the area but I suppose I'm willing to pay for competent work. Would use again but I hope they are on time next time or give a wider window to allow them to keep their secretary's promise.

Called after being told by 3 other firms they couldn't repair a leak in my kitchen sink drain for weeks. Clyde was here in 1 1/2 hours. Diagnosed issue and went to 3 suppliers for converter part. Returned and had it fixed in half hour. Described everything as he worked, and suggested some improvements. Threw in a new p-trap. Cleaned up the area spotless. Thanks, Clyde!

We have used them for the past 2 years ever since moving to Colorado Springs. We have had our backflow replaced, kitchen sink unclogged, regulators installed, our water heater connections up to code, an insurance estimate done and a repair on our bathroom plumbing. Clyde, who works for them is an outstanding plumber and he has years of experience. I recommend this company to anyone for maintenance or repair.

Clyde may be one of the few if not only plumber on staff. He scheduled an appointment for late enough in the day, knowing he wouldn't be able to fix anything in a single trip, no matter how minor. Frustrating but understandable. He kept quoting a price for a valve replacement that was above the number in a printed catalogue of services. He agreed to drop the price after I asked. He offered to show up first thing in the morning at 10:00 the next day. By noon I was calling other plumbers. When he did show, he was completely unbothered by being two hours late with no call. I'm sure he's competent and he was very respectful when he spoke but I have no desire to do business with this company again. Unnecessary difficulty added to an already stressful situation.
Update: another plumber identified the problem and it turned out to be much simpler than what Clyde was pushing. Got the job done for a quarter of the cost and the new plumber showed up lightning fast.
Response: The owner's recount of events is inaccurate. I can't imagine saying three plumbers rebuilt the plumbing when I only owned the house for a week and have no idea how old it is. Sure it's customary for technicians to give a window of time for arrival. Clyde did not. He said he would get everything he needed and be there at 10:00 sharp. I reiterated that because I had something to do the next day. He may have reported arriving at 11:15 but when he arrived and was ready to bring in supplies to start work, it was just after 12:20. I can wait an hour, there was no issue if that was the case. I called before 5 to schedule the initial evaluation expecting a next day appointment after I sent pictures and explained what was wrong. Clyde's idea was to show up after 5 and fix it on site...he could not. The veteran talk came up in conversation, I don't pander. I asked for any discount at all because the rebuild was suggested to me. The number he mentioned was higher than what we were both looking at in the catalogue. The simple fix is to update the catalogue. My complaints have nothing to do with Clyde's expertise. I just don't think he was punctual or possessed people skills. He didn't even consider the fix for my issue could be anything but a full rebuild. I'm here a year later and the other plumber's repairs still work phenomenal.
