I couldn’t have asked for better service from these people. Rusty Goins in particular. He goes above and beyond the call and makes sure everything is done perfectly. He is always available to call and explain everything of what is going on and will try to explain the job or the issue another way if you don’t understand the 1st way he explained it. This issue at my house was terrible and he made sure everything was efficient, correctly done and was so kind while performing the job. I would recommend him to anyone that has any kind of problem with their home in regards to sewer, plumbing.etc. They are worth every single penny spent.

I had several contractors out to look at addressing a 100 year old sewer lateral with some root intrusion and drainage issues. I received plans to address this that were all over the map ranging from “snake it every 2-3 months” to digging up my entire yard and sidewalk to replace the 10 ft deep line. Research directed me to CME once I determined that the line had issues needing to be addressed. Rusty Goins came from Cincy to evaluate my problem and maintained excellent communication throughout the process. He seemed to have far greater knowledge in this space than the local “do it all” plumbers that do sewer lateral work as a side gig. Rusty worked with me to get our job done with what I needed, nothing more but also ensuring we were not cutting corners leading to further issues down the road. Very fair pricing, actually the best of any of the quotes I received. Overall phenomenal company to work with to address an undesirable headache of a problem.
