I experienced a sewage blockage in main pipe between house and street. This was explained when I called Clog Master and a technician was quickly sent. The tech recommended power snaking the main line and I authorized that work. The tech was not able to unclog the line and said I should check with the town about easements and they come later to estimate excavation of the line. I asked the tech about calling MDC and he told me not to. I paid him $695.00 for the snaking work he did.
I then did call MDC and they said that they always provide a one time free clean out to the house to street line. Clog Master certainly knows this. Also, MDC will provide up to $10,000 to repair or replace the line. Again Clog Master did not tell me that even though they are one of MDC’s approved contractors
I believe they should have told me that the service they charged $695 for is available for free but when I questioned them the manager did not agree.

Gave Clog Master Plumbing a call as we had a main line drain blockage. I had called the office and Tom had stopped by not even an hour after making the call. Tom was professional, explained everything that needed to be done, and cleared the line in less than an hour. Everything has been working great and I could not recommend Clog Master Plumbing more. They were quick, they were efficient, and they got the job done. Big shoutout to Tom for walking through the process with me and being able to get us back up and running so quick - thank you!

I called Clog Master and requested Tom again to do the install of a new faucet in my half bath, and again Tom did a wonderful job, he found another problem when installing the new faucet and fixed it immediately, Tom is a wonderful plumber and I will continue to use Clog Master Plumbing and request Tom! Thank you Tom for your wonderful work!

The technician worked very efficiently, was extremely knowledgeable, and removed the clog in my main drain. The whole process was smooth and professional from start to finish.
