Crazy story. Was about to throw in the towel on a clogged toilet. I went to a big box to pick up supplies and noticed a beautiful CITYWIDE truck. I thought why not call.
They responded immediately and said was the morning OK. I agreed. Then I get another call, mind you, this is almost 5:30pm. Dispatch asked if it was OK if a plumber finishing up could come by on his way home. I said SURE.
They sent Josh and he was courteous, explained everything in concise detail and had me running in no time.
I would highly suggest you give CITYWIDE a chance. They are A+ in my book.
