After much work and frustration I called Chris's Plumbing, whom I often call for septic service and have always had top notch care provided. Carlos arrived the same day, was very knowledgeable, professional, and took the extra time to educate me on my problem, prevention measures, and displayed mindfulness within the home, careful to explain along the way with his trouble shooting. Impressed wouldn't give justice to his professionalism, and persistance with problem solving on a very difficult clog. Overall Excellent A+++!

Wow! I just had the best experience with a technician from Chris’s Plumbing! His name is Carlos and he did a wonderful job on my plumbing projects. He was professional, kind, knowledgeable and explained everything perfectly. The was awesome and I will tell people about this experience. Just moved the the area and happy to have a plumber I can trust.

I contacted Chris's plumbing Sunday morning due to what sounded like was a major water leak. Could hear very loudly in the bathroom at the shower. They were the first ones I could get a hold of and get to come out. The Tech was very friendly and professional, but after that went downhill. Tech was on the phone half the time getting help from a supervisor. First, he decided to rebuild my shower water valve. It had 2 shotoffs and one of them he said he could not budge. Later, after he left, I went and checked it and was able to work it free and was able to close both shut offs and isolate the valve. While brainstorming with the supervisor on the phone he was checking for
Backflow preventers on the outside faucets. Well, apparently, he missed one, because the next morning, I found the water leak was on the outside backyard faucet. There was a hole on the connector to the faucet, and water was spewing out and hitting my A.C. condensing unit. Once I shut the valve off it stopped the leak and there was no noise in the house. No sound of a water leak. So this company charged me to rebuild a water valve in my bathroom that was not the problem, and did not need done, and charged me 681.00. Which, by the way, the tech installed the rebuilt valve upside down, and I had to point that out to him. I've called this company twice today and they have not returned my call to discuss a refund. I'm a retired senior citizen and have all the time in the world. I am not going away and will be a thorn until this problem is resolved.

I live in a 1930's bungalow with a 50s retro bathroom. We needed to remove the cast-iron tub and replace the plumbing without damaging a lot of the tiles. The two guys who arrived and spent two days (we had to replace the subfloor in between) working on the bathroom were amazing. I cannot say enough about their professionalism and clean up. They were meticulous with their work and extremely polite. They also answered any questions I had and explained their work. Besides the great service, the price was extremely reasonable! I'd recommend them to anyone.

We had Monty and his team do a repipe for us. The price quoted was reasonable, the work quick and impeccable. The entire team was great to work with. We will be using Chris’s plumbing from now on.
