like many others have said, walter is excellent. he was skilled, professional, and easy to talk to. i had a few other plumbers come out to look at a slow-draining exterior window well drain at my home in fresno, and the prices they gave me were much higher than what was really needed. one wanted to charge to run a snake, and another suggested a camera inspection and hydro jetting. i called chase & sons plumbing and explained the problem, including that i was not fully sure where the drain line ended or how it was connected. walter talked through the possible plumbing options with me over the phone and clearly knew his stuff. he offered to come by and inspect the drain before doing any unnecessary work. he arrived on time and got right to it. after checking the line carefully, he used a shop vac to pull out rocks and debris that had been left in the drain by the previous owner. we then found that the drain was only a short run tied into the foundation drainage, so the more expensive plumbing work the other companies suggested was not needed at all. he saved me a lot of money and hassle simply by taking the time to understand the drain issue first and recommend the right fix. after testing it with a garden hose, the water flowed just fine with no drainage problems. i would definitely call again for any plumbing work and would gladly recommend the service to friends and neighbors.

We received a text and photo from Frank, our plumber, along with a follow-up call letting us know when he'd arrive. Frank pulled up in a clearly marked plumbing truck and greeted us warmly. We explained our issues with the toilet, low water pressure, and the shut-off valve. Frank took the time to walk us through what needed to be done and even gave us some helpful advice about the water pressure, suggesting we reach out to the water company. We followed his advice and got a free evaluation lined up. Frank provided a clear price that included both materials and labor, plus he shared some useful tips. He went to a reputable plumbing supply store to get the necessary parts and finished the job to our satisfaction. As an extra touch, he even gave us a special nylon mesh cloth to remove stubborn stains from the toilet bowl, which worked great before he returned with the parts. From the time Frank arrived to when the job was completed and payment was made (with no extra fees for using a card), less than two hours had passed. We were very happy with the professional and friendly service. Would definitely recommend this plumbing team for anyone needing quick and reliable help!

The plumbers did an excellent job finding and fixing my water leak. They carefully checked all the pipes and explained everything before starting the repair. Even though the main water line needed to be replaced, they made sure to do the work in the most cost-effective way possible. Santiago and Blake were always on time, calling ahead before they arrived each day to make sure someone was home. The new main line was installed with great skill, and now I feel much more confident about my plumbing. The whole experience was smooth, and I’m very happy with the results. I would definitely recommend Chase & Sons Plumbing for any future plumbing work.
