    Exemplary service from start to finish. I recently purchased a home with oil heat and no air conditioning. My salesman Tyler, answered all my questions and was very easy to reach. After extensively researching there products, warranties and the additional service plan offered, I decided Cellino was the best choice. Seth and his associate came to install the new furnace and central air system. They were very professional, courteous, an a absolute pleasure to work with. Before beginning the work , he took the time and walked me through everything that was going to be done. At that point it reassured me of my choice. The install went smoothly. They cleaned up after themselves and gave me a very detailed tutorial on how to use my new products. Thank you gentlemen for taking such good care of my home. Cellino plumbing will definitely be my go to for any future services and maintenance.

    There's no way to put zero stars and one star is very generous. I've worked work Cellino for years, and I trusted them. Today they lost 10 years of trust. They told me there would be some drywall to finish, but they didn't tell me they were going to destroy my tile work and *wall* and they definitely didn't tell me that Joann was going to berate me for daring to ask for a manger when it's "nighttime." What a lovely response from the owner. Are you saying that you're not going to fix this now? After making that promise to me last week? Maybe that's why your contractor never reached out to me to set up a time to fix this. I recorded the conversation with your super intelligent service manager. And I did not curse him out. Would you like me to post that to tiktok? Your super intelligent service manager was incredibly condescending. So either he lied to you or he isn't as smart as you think, if he can't understand what being "cursed out" actually entails. Joanne raised her voice at me and was absolutely awful when I asked for a manger at 7pm. Maybe you're just a bad judge of character because I've been in the customer service industry for over 30 years and I've never gotten mad at an already upset customer for asking for a manger and then being even more upset when told managers don't work "after hours." She started it and she's bad at her job, kind of like the job done in my bathroom. The irony. You act as if I'd ever hire you to do anything again. Laughable, that.

    Caused huge flood about 7 inches of water Destroy our furnace and hot water tank less than 2 years old Due to his terrible job. LARGE CAP over the hole. Black twist plug dropped into hole. Red plug i purchased at homedepot. Guess their didnt fall in the hole. Silver metal plug. Currently in there. *******Updated******* The woman answering phone was extremely helpful and honestly thought this conversation was going to go a different way and could atleast updated this to a mistake and shit happens. Unfortunately the plumbing manager decided he was going to come in guns blazing here the plug the manager said he put in. Guess it didnt fit as is it fell down into the sewer and caused more blockage. After a very aggressive phone call from said manager I truly dont understand the attacks and unprofessionalism. Good luck 👍🏼 Havent seen someone come into a phone call since Brandon Beane was on wgr talking to morning show about wrs. Well I hope all their phone calls are recorded and just the ones that are convenient for them trying to bully me about a recorded conversation with my wife. Have a great day!!! Thankfully we came across a good honest company that was able to get that out anf hopefully solve this problem that you created and didnt want to take responsibility for. Everyone makes a mistake. I guess i can stop my being a "bad actor" now. 👍🏼 Continue to talk to people like that great for business.

    We had our yearly tuneup/check up on our furnace last week and it was done by Joelle Sweet and she was great! She was extremely professional! First off I’ll start by saying I love that they text you with a picture and any info in regards to your tech, it’s perfect. Joelle called a half an hour before arrival to give us a heads up. When she arrived, she introduced herself with a great attitude! She immediately put booties on (I feel this is important and respectful so their dirty shoes aren’t on the interior floors). Joelle went over everything she was going to do/look for and also asked if we had any concerns or questions before she even started. After the job, she came up showing us pictures and explaining to us what she did and gave us any information needed in regards to the furnace, advised us and she did all of this in a timely manner. Joelle was pleasant to have here, respectful, very nice, courteous and again, very professional! We would absolutely recommend Cellino Heating, Cooling and Electric to friends and family and will continue to have them for our needs in the future. Thank you so much!

    Hezekiah Hairs was my technician. He was great. He was on time explaining the whole job. He gave me options on my service. He cleaned up everything was very nice and polite. Got the job done in a timely manner. Highly recommend Cellino and Hezikiah. They replaced my old toilet did a great job. This is not an inexpensive job so get the credit card ready!!!
