My second plumbing repair with Catons. Water heater replacement. From start to finish EXCELLENT service and very efficient. Corey L took the initial call. He was very pleasant. Melissa dispatched the technician and Ram came out to assess. He arrived probably within 30min of me placing the call. I got the estimate which was very fair especially for the efficiency. Ram started disassembly promptly upon approval of the estimate. The entire process was completed in less than 3 hours and that included leaving to pick up the replacement heater.

I had a sump pump put in a couple months ago that shifted out of place and wouldn’t stop running. Demetric came earlier than the original estimated time and had the job done in no time for no additional charge. He did a fantastic job and was really easy to deal with!

We had an urgent plumbing need in order to get our new washing machine installed, we needed new water valves to the washer because the pipes had rusted. Catons got someone to my house in hours, and Henry was efficient, reasonable and professional. Very satisfied!

Catons has easy scheduling and are available on the weekends. I was notified by phone that the plumber would arrive by the scheduled time, but he arrived early which was a plus. Derrick provided a price before performing the requested service and explained & showed what caused the problem. This is my second satisfactory service by Catons.

Plumber, Noe, was diligent in determining the source of an outside leak. He ran sump pump test and found problem. He patiently explained everything, tracing pipes from inside to outside.
