Carters is hands-down my favorite. I’ve used them several times over the past few years, and the service is consistently excellent. When you call, a real person always answers, and they’re usually able to come out the same day or next day—which is such a rarity these days.
Today, Miles came out and fixed my toilet in literally 10 minutes. He was communicative from the start, clearly explaining the two approaches he would try, which I really appreciated. I’ve also had Gabe out previously to install a sump pump. It was freezing, wet, and required getting under the house, and he never complained—just got the job done.
I truly love this company. From the first phone call to the finished work, Carters consistently demonstrates what great service looks like. In an age where customer service often feels like an afterthought, they set the standard. They are great at displaying greatness!! Thank you.

Carter's was amazing! Called and had techs here and repairs finished in under 3 hours! Alex Redelman and Derrick were great! Polite and super friendly! Fair price and so fast. We tried to clean a trap and snapped the old pipe at the wall...new from wall up through a new stopper assembly! From the call to the techs...awesome!

The whole experience was great. Our problems were solved and we were presented with multiple options to address them. We weren't pressured to do more than what we were comfortable with and were able to make informed decisions. It wasn't just a one-way conversation. As a service professional myself in the Information technology industry I can say that Gabriel represented the company perfectly. He took pride in his work which was exceptional. Our pressing problem of the leak was handled one day and the shower valve replacement and hose spigot replacements were scheduled the very next day. The easy financing application allowed us to cover this unexpected expense easily. We were very happy. I know many customers can have unrealistic expectations but I don't know how anyone could have an issue with the service we were provided. Top notch service in this day and age is rare and we so appreciate it. Keep up the good work.
