He took the time to clearly explain the issues and our options, making sure we felt informed and confident in the decisions being made. Wes was great. Very informative and got the job done. He informed me of all my options and he respected what I chose without trying to upsell.
I admit, I’ve never hired a plumber, so I had no idea what to expect price wise. $600 to rebuild the toilet seemed a bit high, but I needed the toilet fixed so I went ahead with it. Hopefully this was industry standard pricing. But my experience with the communication and service was great!

Carter's My Plumber has never disappointed. They truly go above and beyond in their approach to earning your business and delivering solid service. I've used them for multiple plumbing needs from an urgent call for a hose leak that flooded my basement to installation of my new water heater (which they now flush yearly). I like that they text reminders and send a picture of the tech who will be arriving.

It was time for our water heater to be serviced. Scheduling was a breeze and we were able to get an appointment within days. Wes, the plumber, was personable and knowledgeable. Showed me in depth on the system and what he was planning to do. Very respectful and kind. Would definitely use again and highly recommend.
