I had an excellent experience with Stephen Flinch for my water heater replacement. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth and professional. His communication was outstanding — he kept me informed every step of the way and made sure all my questions were answered.
The quality of service was top-notch, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. His team member, Jonathan, also did a fantastic job supporting the installation. They worked efficiently, respectfully, and made sure everything was done right.
I’m extremely satisfied with the experience and will definitely be a returning customer. Highly recommend!

Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Had to call someone out for a gas leak near our meter that was coming in through an open window. We had a technician here in less than 1 hour. While they were here they were extremely thorough and showed me everything they were doing every step of the way. The transparency and professionalism is not something you get every day. Appreciated their services so much that we decided to have them come back during the week and replace our old water heaters. Same story as before. Can comfortably say that we now have a go to plumbing service in our area.

Called about our water heater being out, had an appointment the next day! Jared diagnosed the problem and spent that afternoon replacing it with a new one. Jared explained all our options in the replacement process with no hard sell. Very professional, respectful of our home, kept us in the loop. Definitely would recommend Capital Plumbing!
