Superb service for an emergency leak in a PEX supply line. Called about 7:20 AM and Steve was here by 8:30. Diagnosed the problem in a wall where a nail fastening a baseboard had punctured the hot water supply line some 2 years ago and had finally rusted enough to spring a leak. By about 10:15 the problem was corrected including installing two additional ball valves for future safety. Highly recommend!

We had a leak above our water heater and it dripped into the electrical part and broke it on Friday evening. We noticed we didn't have hot water around dinnertime. We immediately called Caiazzo & Sons and we were grateful to speak with Matt. We had never used them before but he prioritized us like we were long time customers. It was also after hours so we were appreciative to talk to someone. He was helpful with diagnosing the issue and letting us know next steps to make the situation safe but we would need a new water heater. James and Trevin arrived right when they said they would Monday, 8AM. They were professional, informative, neat and quick! They were in and out in less than two hours. We are so thankful for Matt and the team. The week of Thanksgiving is one of the best times to be reminded not to take the little things for granted and to be thankful for all that we have. We are thankful for our hot water! Thank you, Matt, James and Trevin!

Called for an emergency issue with a leaky bathtub valve. Was told I would be put on a waiting list but never received a call back. Waited for 2 weeks. Just called today 12-12-22. Better impression than the last time. Within 15 minutes I was setup for an appointment on 12-15-22 and they explained new accounts and payment options. We ended up going with another plumber in the area who was able to quote the job and complete it but I was impressed with the improved customer care via phone which is why I updated my review from 1 star to 3 stars.
