On Friday 2/6/26 I brought Dean @ CT Traina a caster that had a broken weld. The replacement sleeve was unavailable so we needed to find someone that could weld brass. A friend of mine recommended I call Traina and am I glad I did. They were a pleasure to work with from the office manager I spoke to on the phone, Dean, and Jason, were just wonderful. Our capacitor went out at some point yesterday evening. We called C T Traina as well as a couple others, but I'm slightly ashamed we didn't call C T Traina first. They came out less than 2 hours after we called, and had the capacitor replaced in no time. The 2 guys who came couldn't have been nicer, and they knew what was wrong immediately.
In the dead heat of the summer, in New Orleans, during hurricane season, and they were still able to get us fixed up in no time while everyone else we called couldn't make it until next week.
At 80 degrees in the house, we would have been miserable for nearly a week if not for C T Traina. Truly great service, and I'll likely be a customer for life.

I called this company when the pipe that my hose connects to broke, leaking water at a rapid pace. Someone arrived to fix it in about 30 minutes. The technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and did quality work. When the bill arrived, it was less than I expected. Overall, a very good experience.
