These people are wonderful! Here with in an hour, knew the lay of the land, and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. They know plants and were respectful of mine.
They have animals themselves, so they were extra nice to mine!
I cannot thank Bulldog enough for the fix; they knew what was wrong immediately and didn’t east time and energy figuring it out. The price was so reasonable, too. I give them an A+!

Overall did not have a good experience with this company, which was surprising given all the positive reviews.
They are extremely defensive, have lots of excuses and fail to take any responsibility for anything. All items I could easily get over if they just acknowledged how busy they are and that it has led to some shortcomings here and there, but instead it was very poor customer service and a refusal to acknowledge any wrongdoing or shortcomings.
The specific issues were not cleaning/returning items after initially pumping system (left large rocks and objects on my plants), responsiveness (took multiple calls, a text message and 4 days to get a response when having septic issues shortly after the pumping system), no communication or approval of costs for follow-up service until being billed days after, lack of any written report or details of the follow-up service (to be fair most info was provided verbally, but some info was unclear and a written report would have been extremely helpful), texting at 9:30pm (despite prior communications that same day all being by email). The lack of communication about cost was my biggest issue, which I politely asked twice if that was typical or not. They still never answered that question and instead were very defensive. I got the sense they are extremely busy, which is likely the source of all the issues above.
