Blake did an amazing job replacing our hot water heater. He called prior to arrival to check in and confirm the appointment time. He was prepared with floor covering before starting the job. I appreciated the follow up conversation to explain the work that was done and precautions/suggestions for down the road. Blake was very knowledgeable and professional! It was a pleasure!

I am very impressed with the service provided by Budiac Plumbing. I am a new (and now forever) customer who had a battery backup attached to my sump pump in September. After a power outage today, the unit went offline. After a frantic call to the business, both a technician and the owner researched the problem and quickly returned my call with a possible solution. To my relief, the unit rebooted and is working. They obviously know their business and are committed to providing support. They’re REALLY good!

I was very pleased with the service I received from Blake at Budiac Plumbing. He was personable and professional, and explained exactly what was wrong with my water heater and replaced the required parts. It's nice to know there are still decent companies in the world that provide great service. I would highly recommend Budiac to family, friends and neighbors !

Budiac came to my home to repair shower valve they repaired 3 years before. I knew it needed repairing every couple years. Dave assessed problem, explained very understandably and professionally to me who knows nothing about plumbing and am old, how the permanent fix could be done rather than repair every couple years with 5-7 hours of work. I easily agreed. Dave left saying no trip charge, this was a future work estimate trip! 10 days later Dave made the repair. Having to 1st cut into the closet wall above the present opening behind shower then do valve work and replace shower fixtures. Job took 5 hours of the 7 possible originally estimated! Dave was awesome. Put special valves on water supply so water to rest of house not off whole time! When done he showed and explained everything to me. I was in awe how one person could be so knowledgeable. Thank you Budiac and Dave for helping me and being so available. Barbara Pykett
