We just moved into our home and started having issues with our kitchen sink backing up. Called and was able to get someone to come check it out fairly easy. We had Nick Chernioglo assess and he did a thorough job and was very informative of what the issue was and the multiple options we had to fix the issue. We ended up not breaking up the entire garage floor and he was able to route the new pipes even with the restricted space due to the prior owner’s HVAC installation. Nick did a great job in all aspects of this job and would highly recommend!

I am so glad I found Bright Side Plumbing. After our plumbing backed up from the spring rain, our 1950s house needed a new sewer line along with replacement of all the cast iron pipes under the concrete in our basement. Thank you so much to Scott, Anthony, Dan, and Matthew for the thorough work, excellent communication, and high level of professionalism throughout both major projects. Ashton was also extremely helpful on the office side of things. I would highly recommend Bright Side Plumbing for anything plumbing related!

I chose Brightside Plumbing because they were listed on Inspector Nick's Trusted Partners website and a friend of mine raved about the service they received. Trevor was assigned to my appointment. He was prompt, respectful and friendly which meant a great deal to me. He took the time to answer questions and educate me on the process of how things "should be" done and why. The conversation was easy and not strained as it sometimes can be. I was asking about a water softner system and he gave me an estimate and we worked through some dynamics that would need to be dealt with. He did not do high pressure sales, rather he said here it is -let me know. I just bought this house and have things that "need" to be taken care of first. As the appointment progressed, as a veteran myself, I noticed a familiar demenor in Trevor-----he is a Veteran. I couldn't have asked for better treatment. Their dispatcher was extremely helpful and very professional.
Anthony Erickson was the professional plumber who came over to our house to fix our plumbing issues.
Not only he was a true professional, but also was knowledgeable and helpful.
He did an excellent job at a very reasonable price incomparison to other dishonest plumbing companies who came to our house and were trying to take advantage of us.
Thank you to the entire team at Bright Side plumbing. I strongly recommend this company for all of your plumbing needs. They are simply an honest company and will not take advantage of the consumer.
