I have used Boulet Sewer & Drain four times since I purchased my home. Booking is easy, convenient, and accommodating. Their technicians are polite and courteous.
Recently I had my main line cleared, but a few weeks later it backed up again. I called Boulet the next morning and a technician was able to come to my home on my time (after my work-day). The reason for the blockage was described, recommendations were made if the problem ‘resurfaced’, and I was not charged for the return.
I have appreciated their service quality for each of my calls, but my most recent experience has solidified my confidence in their business.

Have always had excellent service with Boulet unplugging drains and the sewer. Very friendly workers. This is how business is supposed to operate: fairly and respectfully. I am hoping to contract Boulet Sewer and Drain again for some assistance.

Excellent service, they were here in an hour even though I didn’t ask for a rush job and was fine to wait. Very thorough clean of the roots out of our main pipes and a great price too

During the recent polar vortex I had a frozen pipe and called the mobile number for service. While the workload understandably meant no one was available that day, I received great advice to turn off and drain the water system to prevent the pipe from freezing further and bursting. Thanks very much for confirming that was the right thing to do! I will call you next time I've got plumbing needs, for sure!
