It was my first time using Boomer Plumbing for an issue. They communicated with me before the project/repair and initially responded to my text the next day (Monday). The tech arrived on time and was very helpful and informative in how he would repair/replace my front spigot. I was very pleased with Trebor who resolved the issue. I will definitely look to use their service again if needed. Thank you to Boomer!

I can’t rave enough about my experience with Bommer! I believe it was Christina, who took my initial call. She was so kind and understanding. We talked through my needs and she was able to get me on the schedule. When Keith came out he was informative and pleasant. He diagnosed the issue, thoroughly explained what needed to be done and got to work. I had paperwork that I needed to have completed and the office went above and beyond to have it back to me same day. It is evident that Bommer puts their customers first. I would recommend them 10/10. Thank you guys for helping to ease some of the stress I was having. I am immensely grateful for your excellent customer service and outstanding work.
