They responded incredibly fast when I had a major water issue from both a pipe failure and a leaking water heater. Their team was prompt, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Jaime quickly identified that the original installation by a previous plumber was not done correctly, which ultimately led to the damage. He took the time to clearly explain everything to me and provided detailed documentation and reports for insurance purposes.
They repaired the pipes, replaced the water heater, and had everything fully operational again within 24 hours. In what was a very stressful situation, they made the entire process smooth, transparent, and efficient. I highly recommend them for their expertise, integrity, and outstanding service.

I have known a lot of commercial and residential contractors, engineers, and architects through work and personal home renovations over the last 25 years. I don’t think I have ever worked with a better residential contractor in my life. They’re responsive, kind, professional, knowledgeable, and fast.
Their prices are incredibly reasonable and they charge based on their time, labor, and parts while so many contractors charge based on the neighborhood.
We absolutely refer them to anyone looking for a plumber. Once you use them- either for a small repair or major project, I can guarantee they’ll be your go-to plumber.

Blackjack Plumbing, specially Jaime, is a gentleman! He kept me informed of his status prior to arriving to my house; he was early; he was honest; he was not trying to overcharge to create unnecessary work and expenses; and he was kind.

We live in a 100 yr old home with old cast iron and concrete piping. Our complete plumbing was clogged up so we called three different plumbers to come out and give us a bid. Black jack plumbing was the only plumber that wanted to mess with the old piping. Jaime explained everything that was going on and gave us a great price! They removed the old piping and replaced it with new pvc pipe and added two more clean outs. They hauled off the old piping and gave me a military discount! Thanks Jaime we found an honest plumber!
