We had an amazing experience with this plumbing company and certainly our plumber Michael! From start to finish, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. They showed up on time, explained the issue clearly, and gave us honest pricing before starting any work.
The quality of the work was excellent, and you can tell they really take pride in what they do. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was fixed properly and even cleaned up afterward, which we really appreciated.
It’s hard to find reliable, trustworthy plumbers, but this company exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be using them again in the future and highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing services!

From start to finish they made the mess of plumbing we were left with during a remodel a breeze. Kyle did our consultation and walked us through everything that needed to be done and made it super clear and Aaron did the actual service and did a fantastic job, he was extremely professional and knowledgeable and didn’t seem to mind my 3 year old asking him a million questions, he even replaced some old pipes that weren’t part of the service, everything works great and honestly looks great too. Just overall great company and employees and we will definitely be using Bill fry again in the future for any of our plumbing needs!

Bill Fry’s crew have all been polite and professional. We had an exterior drain issue that required digging and putting in new pipe and they got it done in a morning. It was difficult to figure out as well but they kept at it and figured out an appropriate fix. Thank you guys!

Cameron Westcoat was incredibly friendly, fast, and thorough. He was on time, explained to me what he thought the problem was, performed the clean out in a timely manner, had me look at the drain and how it was draining as it should, and then did an excellent clean up job. The cost he quoted me before the repair was the same after the repair. It's difficult to be a woman living on your own and have a man come in and work on your house. You never know what kind of price they are going to give you and I've even had some make rather inappropriate comments that made me feel very uneasy. Cameron was incredibly professional and I felt very comfortable with him, felt I could ask him questions if needed, and I new the price he gave was not only affordable but what I would have expected plus HE FOUND A COUPON I COULD USE FOR THE SERVICE! I highly recommend!
