This was my first experience with Big Brothers Home Services. The office staff communicated in a timely manner. The pricing was reasonably and trandparent. The tech, Jim, that replaced my garbage disposal was personable and answered the questions I had when the service price was being quoted. During and after the installation, he conveyed needed information in a clear professional manner. I'd use them again!

The water shut off valve at our house unexpectedly started leaking one morning so we gave Big Brother a call to get it fixed on a Saturday morning. They sent Frank over as soon as possible to fix the issue. Frank did a wonderful job fixing the pipe and valve! 5/5 stars. Would recommend this company to others.

Jim did such a great job with our new bathroom! He was kind, professional and explained everything he did. We had some existing issues he had to problem solve and it all turned out well. Also, our dog was loved him!
