The proprietor of BG Plumbing is one of the most careful individuals we know. He has done incredible work at our house on several occasions, appears exactly when promised, and never overcharges. Called BG Plumbing in an emergency type of situation. Our sewer line had been broke due to some heavy equipment in our backyard. Tsanko answered the call and came out with in 24 hours to evaluate the repair and gave me an estimate to fix it on the spot. He showed up early the next morning and knocked it out in less than 3 hours and we were back in service in no time. Tsanko lives and works in the Stone Oak area and is the ideal company to have in your phone contacts when you need a plumber if you live out this way. Very friendly and personable gentleman who is professional and does exactly what hey says he's going to do!

They responded right the way and I scheduled my appointment !
Mr. Tsanko Rusev came on time and replaced my high pressure regulator !
He was very professional and it answered all of my questions.
