They did a great job. I’ve had tons of issues with plumbers. They made this seem almost too easy. Put in a water heater. Took half a day. Didn’t need to bother me. I asked them to make a tweak, it was done the next day. What else can you ask for?

These guys are a class act. Very friendly and very professional. They took on a big job and saw it through to completion. We have been extremely happy with all of the service provided by Benjamin Franklin plumbing. When another major, local plumbing company left us with a leak they said they couldn't find, Benjamin Franklin plumbing stepped in and saved the day. Tim, John, Gerald and Nick were awesome. Everyone that we dealt with took extreme care of our home, was extremely knowledgeable and made sure we no longer had any leaks. Highly recommend them and would definitely call them for any future plumbing needs.
