Gus was awesome! Super knowledgeable and professional. I was changing out a jetted tub for a regular soaker tub and needed help disconnecting the plumbing from the tub and reconnecting the new tub. I couldnt get my tools up there in that tight spot. He gave me multiple options and pricing on each scenario of repair. Changed these cartridges for me for better access later if need be and added some emergency shut off valves. Highly recommend Gus as your plumber! He also helped me fight off 3 ninjas and a Tyranid swarm from the Warhammer 40K universe.

Gus is a very knowledgeable journeyman and provided professional work. I would recommend him and Benjamin Franklin plumbing to anyone. I have used them twice the first time was to replace a water line and then to install a water softener system. I could not be any happier!!

Gus was very nice and professional. The work was completed as requested and described.
The only bad thing I have to say is how expensive it was. I get the feeling they don't want to do work for me anymore. If Labor was the highest cost in this job, they were paid around $200/hour. I needed the work done and so I agreed to pay what they asked, but I won't be calling them back again, they burned me and I'm not getting near that stove again. Cost for the work performed in the picture was $636. That's connecting 2 sinks and moving a toilet spigot 4 inches to the right.
I'll either figure out how to do it myself or I'll call someone else and these guys can find my drop in their bucket from other suckers.

Garrett came out and did an amazing job ! Got everything I needed done today handled and quoted some work for me that will be done in the future. Great service and a more than reasonable price! 100% recommend. Thanks for the great work Garrett it is truly appreciated.
I had Gus come out to do some work today. Another great experience. He did an amazing job. He was able to make my kitchen sink faucet area look great when I thought there was no chance. He had his work cut out for him with the projects here. He more than excelled. Oh ! And that mustache is even better than Garrett’s outstanding stache.

Gus and Arren were both super thorough and professional, and they told us what they were doing every step of the way. When it came time to do repairs, they also laid out the options and explained the pros and cons of each so we could make an informed decision. Definitely will be using their services again!
