A great experience - my daughter had a water heater issue at her home and Barry and Sons was able to get someone out to help her the next day. It turned out to be a simple fix and there were no attempts to upsell or inflate the issue. Professional and courteous from start to finish with a foundation of integrity. Well done!

Couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received from Barry & Sons. When I first made the call, I was floored by how polite the person who answered the phone was. She treated my issue with urgency even though it was a relatively small job. The team that came to help were punctual, respectful, and knowledgeable. I was quoted a very reasonable amount for the work, it was completed swiftly, all of my questions were answered satisfactorily, and they cleaned up with attention and care. I hope I don’t have any plumbing issues for a while, but when I do, this company has earned my future business without a doubt. Thanks Barry & Sons!

I was recommended Barry & Sons from my realtor as I needed a few toilet checked and repaired before I felt comfortable using them. I contacted Barry & Sons to setup a time to come. Ann Marie called me back after hours to help facilitate my appointment. The details of my appointment were confirmed before the team’s arrival by Crystal. I appreciated the notification that the team would be arriving soon, so I could go about my work beforehand. Both Keegan and Quin were respectful, professional, and kept me updated while educating me as the repair was taking place. I thought the whole process was smooth with clear communication and professionalism. 5/5

Excellent service and very nice folks too (Tolson and Ethan were two today). We have had two different repairs done in the past week (Jesse was the first plumber from the company) and I definitely recommend this company. Wonderful to have them local to us too.
Pricing very reasonable (most of today's cost came from us needing to use a brand part matching the original toilet) and their communications have been excellent.
