The quality of his work is top-tier—clean, precise, and done right the first time. No leaks, no mess left behind (he even cleaned up better than it was before he started), and everything functions perfectly now. He took the time to show me what he fixed and gave me some great tips to prevent future problems.

After a bad experience with a plumber the day before I called Homeserve for another source. They gave me Balkan and said they would be at my home between 5pm & 9pm. Balkin called back within the hour and told they could be here between 1pm &4pm. The tech arrived and called prior to arrival with ID. photo. The job was completed within 40 minutes something the other contractor could not accomplish. The tech was professional, polite and informative . A company and it's workers that take pride in doing a job well in this day and age is rare .From the initial call to the completed job this was truly a notablee experience.

I had Balkan service done. Mike chambers
was the server responsible for resolving my drainage issue.. I was completed satisfied with his work. Took his time, inspected my problem. He did a great job. cleared my line, ran a flow test to make sure lines were good. Highly recommend him.
