I was very pleased that B & D sent out a technician on a holiday to repair my air conditioner. The technician(Dan) was very polite and knowledgeable.
He did not have the correct motor but was able to make adjustments on a motor he had to get my air-conditioner working until he could get the correct motor. It was appreciated as the inside temperature of my house was hovering at 80°. Response to my emergency call that morning was good and the girl that called me back (Mickey) was very accommodating, set up the appointment and kept me informed as when the technician would arrive.

We have used B&D for bathroom plumbing and recently for furnace maintenance. On both occasions the techs have been incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They did the work efficiently, cleanly, and gave honest and reasonable pricing. For the furnace, they were able to get us an appointment within a few hours after another company told us the only option was to shut off our furnace until we replaced it, in the middle of November with a baby in the house. Eli was amazing, he walked me through what readouts he was getting, and gave me several options and prices other than complete replacement. The furnace has been running fine ever since and when we do need to replace it I will definitely be going with B&D.

B & D and Travis are our heroes! We knew we were going to need to address an issue with our sewer pump and buy a new hot water heater soon. Well, today was the day when the basement had water! I called B & D on a Friday afternoon and out came Travis to the rescue. He told us what was needed, made sure we understood and explained everything. He was able to finish both jobs which was amazing for us and our schedules. B & D is always so great to work with and their employees are the best! Thank you for all that you do!

We recently had a new furnace installed and were very pleased with the quality of work from Alex and Carlson. They answered all of our questions and took time to explain features and details. Their skill and experience was evident, and they did a great job fitting our new furnace into the existing space.

I needed to do a service maintenance on my furnace and a/c unit so I decided to try B&D for the first time. Hayden was the technician that came out to do the work and he was GREAT!! He was very polite, professional and personable. He gave honest feedback and answered any/ all questions that my boyfriend and I had. He made it a great first experience. Definitely recommend B&D!!
