The only sewer company in town I trust for the last 20 years. They have thoroughly cleaned out the tree roots in my sewer every year and have prevented a costly sewer replacement. They are reasonably priced, make billing easy, and their caring attitude is always on point. Highly recommend!

Great company, and great owner! I have used them multiple times, with no problems, but the most recent time a mistake was made. The owner, Bob, came and fixed the problem himself, and was incredibly nice. They stand behind their work!

If I could put zero stars I would. I called last night with an emergency and I was told they couldn't get out there last night but could make it at 9:30 this morning I said great but I called this morning and the woman on the phone was rude and like it was way to much to help, so I hung up she called back and said she could get someone out today but didn't know when. I said fine but then I found someone that could get out right away so called them back. Told her I found another company that was willing to come right away and they were friendly and didn't make you feel like it was to much to help someone.

Great, friendly service, especially for a Saturday after hours callout. Fixed the problem fast and at a more than reasonable price. I can’t recommend them highly enough!

Honestly super disappointed with the service we received today and yesterday. Did the job get done? Yes. Did I feel like the people in the office and the technician himself were respectful of me or my time? No.
I called in yesterday in the morning and was told there was a truck down and that the office would reach back out to me. I waited all day with a backup and never heard from anyone. We as a business have always used B&B at our properties and the businesses we clean and care for, so I was willing to wait for a call back.
So, just after 5 I called in to find out if B&B could help us or if I needed to call other companies. The gentleman who answered the phone was very short and dismissive, cutting me off while I was talking and rushing me through our phone call. Fine whatever, we are scheduled for between 4-430 for today (7/30)
This morning I did receive a phone call from the office asking if the office manager ever reached out to me, which I said no, and explained that I called in myself and spoke to someone else. That was the nicest part of the whole interaction.
Today is my day off, so I wasn't waiting in the office all day for the technician to come around. I received a call at 2:50 from our technician who was on site. 2 hours early. With no heads up, call, text, anything. When I explained to him that no one was at our office because they weren't scheduled to be there until 4, his reply was "ya, well I'm here."
Fortunately for us (because i assume we would have had to rescheduleotherwise), the owner was in town and was forced to drop everything he was doing for one of our clients to come sit at the office while the tech did his business. I can't speak on the actual work he did himself, as I wasn't present, but I can speak on the state he left our downstairs bathroom in. There is water everywhere on the floor, surrounding the toilet and also through the hallway leading out. Thankfully it's hard wood downstairs, and I have cleaned it up so there is no damages.
Overall I am just disappointed and feeling discouraged from continuing to use this company again in the future. For both personal and business issues.
