You can call on these people for honesty and integrity. JOHN MASSEY was immediately dispatched to my home and he was awesome. Great customer service, they actually care about their reputation. I would never call another company because of the customer care presented by ATLANTIS PLUMBING. GOOD JOB

Tony from Atlantis came to my home to change out my water cartridge, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. He was professional, punctual, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure everything was installed correctly and working perfectly before leaving.
Tony explained the process clearly, worked efficiently, and left the area clean when he was done. It’s hard to find technicians these days who genuinely care about customer service, but Tony definitely went above and beyond.
I highly recommend Tony and Atlantis to anyone needing service. Great work, great attitude, and a very smooth experience overall!

We were having some issues with our bathroom drain lines from the shower and the sink. Tony came out very quickly and gave a very in-depth explanation as to the work that would need to be done. When he came out to do the work, he did it quickly, cleaned up after himself, and only cut the wall that he needed to cut. He answered all of my questions to an in-depth degree, was polite, and extremely knowledgable. After all the work was done, the price was very fair to the current market. There was a small leak afterwards and he came right back out, fixed the fitting, and everything is right as rain. 10/10 If I ever have any issues with my plumbing again, I would love to have him come back out to fix the issue. Tony is the man!

Gave us a great price and did great work. Tony Strickland came on his day off to fix the water heater so we didn’t have to wait until the weekend was over. He was extremely proficient and professional with the entire interaction . Very happy with the final product and how well everything was explained in detail on the new system put in. 10/10 would use again.

John Massey came out on short notice to look at our clogged plumbing. He and his coworker were very knowledgeable in troubleshooting the issue and had it fixed within the hour! Atlantis has most definitely won my business as the company I had a service contract with was ridiculously over priced. I will be canceling that agreement immediately.
