Had urgent water pipe leakage overnight. Andy called early morning, had a quick assessment of the situation, booked an appointment, and 2 hours later problems fixed. Arrived on time and with all tools and replacement parts on hand. I made a few revisions, in addition, to my initial request with Andy, and he was open to changes. Learned a few things too, looking forward on the next project.
