Saul came out promptly to find a leaking waterline underground in my front yard. He started the process of digging and was joined later by Anthony, which sped up the process!
They found the leak and assured me they would come back if needed within 30 days if there was a problem still.
I’m very pleased so far with their courteous service !

i used Arctic Air for H. VAC issues that I was having in my new house. The HVAC unit that was originally installed in my house was oversized for the square footage. J.R. at Arctic Air diagnosed the problem and found numerous other issues with my ventilation system. He was absolutely awesome!!!! I cannot praise him enough! J.R. explained in detail every problem and tried to find the most cost-effective solution to each one. He arrived promptly at designated times, worked diligently, and left everything in perfect order. His "crew" installed a new heater and a dehumidifier attached to the HVAC system. Everything is working great now! Arctic Air deserves more than 5 stars for this project!!!

Arctic is the absolute best! I have used them for many years! Always reliable and knowledgeable and more than fair! Jonathan and JR are my fav 2 guys that come out but seriously never not one time disappointed! Call these folks! They explain everything so clearly! And get you fixed up!!!

Great Service! Called first and came when he said he would. Very knowledgeable and was very patient with all my questions. He even came back by when I called the office because the toilet was not flushing as it should. He made a small adjustment to the flapper, and it now works like new! Thank you!
