We had a plumbing emergency and needed help quickly. As a property management company, we usually have our go-to plumbers, but they were booked out, so I gave Archie’s a call. From the time I called to the time the job was completed was only about an hour and a half, and they were able to get everything working again! The staff and plumber were fantastic to work with. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process, and they were professional, responsive, and efficient. We will definitely be using them again!

I recently had some pipes break under my house. Archies plumbing came out to assess the damage and set up an appointment when two techs were able to come fix the issue. They arrived when I was at work and I left a key out for them. They were unable to find the water shutoff (which is in very accessible area and my neighbor and another plumber were able to find it easily that week so I didn’t think there was an issue finding it) so the job that had already been pushed back a week wasn’t finished. They were supposed to call me on Monday after the weekend to send more technicians out, I never received a call and no one answered the phone when I called that morning. I was then supposed to be scheduled more than a week later to finally get it fixed. I told them I had been without hot water for 3 weeks in the wintertime and I had been patient with them thus far, and no concern from their end on that. I then called Ben Franklin plumbing, was able to get a tech out early that next morning and was quoted over $1,000 less for them doing more than I had asked Archie’s to do and get it done 2 days after I called! The technician sounded much more experienced form BF’s as well. I sadly had a bad experience with Archie’s plumbing and if you need something done soon for you… don’t count on it.

After being ghosted by the first plumber we called we were referred to Archie’s plumbing by a friend and couldn’t be happier with the results. Matt was great to deal with very professional, and I couldn’t be happier with the work. The price was also lower than expected. Great Job!

We made an appointment, which was easy, they were quick and very helpful when they arrived. I cannot recommend Archie's high enough. They are great and I will be calling them the next time we need plumbing help.
