I recently had the opportunity to work with Adam and Bruce on jetting and scoping a few different clean outs for a commercial property and I am very appreciative of their time, expertise and patience with my questions. We've been looking to get a better understanding of our inground drainage infrastructure and they were able to investigate, troubleshoot, and explain things that helped build my knowledge of the system and enable my company to plan next steps accordingly. They were kind with their time, further exploring the system at my request, and pleasant to work with. Thank you both!

I needed the main line cleaned out and called Apex at 8:30am. Cody and Brian arrived at the house 40 minutes later. They were pros and had the problem fixed in 30 minutes. Awesome.

I called with a main line issue. Apex came , made and left mess in bathroom, damaging door. They did Clean-out mainline with power snake. Issue re-occurred couple days later, and they came back under warranty, (N0-charge 2nd visit)and re-snake the line. Line remained clear for few days and then clog occurred once again. They came third time (charging me for another visit) re-snaked mainline and remained clear 2-3 days. Each visit, I was asking what is the cause, the technician was essentially uncertain but assured me was ok, at conclusion of each visit. No camera placed in line to diagnose. (They Said they didn't have with them- and if did have/use, would be several hundred dollar extra charge).
When issue re-occurred for fourth time within 10 days, I finally wised-up and contacted another plumbing firm, who came out that same day, diagnosed issue (used camera) and cleared blockage that same day and performed needed repair the following day, digging and replacing trap in line.
In nutshell, if all you need is snake job, Apex is capable to do this However, when I needed correct issue diagnosis and repair, they were of no help. Actually, They compounded the problem and home damage from excessive main line backup by not diagnosing and correcting issue. When I attempted to contact company, their response was "crickets'. Very disappointing !

I cannot say enough good things about this plumbing company. They responded immediately and came out to my house at 10 PM, which alone speaks volumes about their commitment to customers. They stayed for over two hours, working diligently and thoroughly to try to diagnose and fix the issue.
When it became clear the problem was related to the city sewer, they were incredibly honest and professional—and didn’t even charge me. Even after leaving, they stayed in constant contact with me by phone and text, making sure I knew exactly what to say to the city sewer department. They even sent photos to help explain the situation and continued checking in to make sure everything was resolved and that I was okay.
This level of integrity, communication, and genuine care is rare. They went above and beyond in every possible way, and I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone who needs a trustworthy, responsive, and truly compassionate plumbing team.

We’ve used Apex for years and never had an issue until recently. They came out on a Sunday for a sewer backup in one of our apartment unit’s basement — we paid the higher weekend rate. The same problem came back a week later, and they charged us again. Then they convinced me to have their tech inspect the pipe to the street with a camera saying it might be compromised — another charge.
After the camera inspection, they claimed my pipe was broken and said it would require a $20,000 job tearing up the street to repair. Thankfully, I got a second opinion. Another company came out, fixed the issue for a fraction of the cost, and everything has worked perfectly since.
I’ve called and emailed Apex multiple times asking for the photos or video from the camera inspection and to discuss the charges, but no one calls me back. Altogether, I paid over $1,000 for what seems to have been an unnecessary upsell. Really disappointing after years of being a loyal customer.
