Outstanding service from start to finish. I had my outdoor meter replaced, service wire, upgraded, and my circuit box rejuvenated. This was no small job. Sam, the Lead Electrician and Landon, his apprentice, were both knowledgeable, punctual, and took the time to walk me through everything so I felt comfortable and informed. The work was clean, efficient, and clearly done with expertise. Apex offered interest free financing, which made a big project like mine much more manageable and stress-free. It’s not always easy to find contractors you trust but Sam absolutely delivered. I would highly recommend Sam to anyone needing electrical work. He is definitely going to be my electrician going forward for any future projects.

I was down with (NO HOT WATER) and no way to keep going for the day. After talking to Blake at Apex Pros.he assured me that the money I would spend to try to save this tank would not justify the money spent. It was better to replace it which at that time I agreed also, he assured me it would be painless also a good replacement. I would be back up running and running with little to no downtime. that man was right!! he went right to working on it explained the process, which to me seemed very complicated. You can tell this man’s a professional in his trade. He also advised me on a couple other things to keep in mind going forward. in case I needed to replace those as well in the future. Not only did Blake I feel go above and beyond his professionalism was superior like no other. As my youngest sons was trying to watch him work, he even made time to talk to them and share a few laughs and let my youngest son hold the flashlight for a short time. made him feel like he was important also that made his day!! My son felt like he accomplished something. he told me he helped me fix it Dad. We need more people like this in the world they go above and beyond for the customer, and even though they didn’t know us, it was almost like family when he left. He had very little to no cleanup left when the job was complete. Everything looked as good as it should. He did advise me. It would take a few minutes for the tank to warm up. he knocked this one out out of the park. Thanks, Blake for a wonderful experience will be looking to your services in the future. PS my youngest son is now watching hot water tank videos on YouTube. I think he amazed himself and now he wants to become a plumber. Thanks again Blake and have a wonderful holiday can’t say thanks enough 👍🇺🇸

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE when I am able to give good reviews!
I had an excellent experience with Romerial.
From the very beginning, he was professional, courteous, and accommodating to my schedule. He arrived on time, listened carefully as I explained the issue, and immediately demonstrated a deep knowledge of HVAC systems and the condensation problem I was experiencing.
What stood out most was his willingness to educate me throughout the process. He took the time to show me camera footage from inside the system, explain how everything worked, and clearly identify where the problem was occurring. Rather than pressuring me into a repair, he presented my options, answered my questions, and allowed me to make an informed decision at my own pace.
The issue turned out to be a drain pan that was not properly leveled along with cracked support brackets. Romerial repaired the problem correctly, efficiently, and with great attention to detail. The work was completed much faster than I expected, but I never felt like quality was sacrificed for speed.
As a homeowner, especially someone who has dealt with contractors who were quick to upsell or create unnecessary fear, I cannot overstate how much I appreciated his honesty and professionalism. I never felt pressured, rushed, or taken advantage of. Instead, I felt informed, respected, and confident that the diagnosis and repair were accurate.
Because of Romerial’s expertise, his communication, and integrity, I feel confident that the problem has been properly resolved. I would absolutely recommend him and Apex Pros to anyone needing HVAC service.

I was so impressed by Jeremiah and Donnie, and Apex plumbers overall. Not only were they able to get me a same day appointment on a FRIDAY AFTERNOON, but they were also very knowledgeable when it came to choosing the replacement sump pump option that was best for us. Top notch company and amazing staff. Transparent pricing. I’m so appreciative of them and can’t say enough amazing things. Would definitely use them for any future plumbing needs.
