This review is long overdue. Jondee, Lance, Jerry and the whole crew at All Star Plumbing are amazing! They always go above and beyond for me and my clients buying and selling homes. They’re on time, and professional for our sewer line inspections and pull strings to make repairs happen in timely manner. They do a great job explaining things well to might clients. Highly satisfied and will continue to use them like I always do.

Had a clogged kitchen sink and the garbage disposal wasn’t draining right. Called All Star Plumbing and they were able to come out the same day. Anthony showed up on time, checked everything, and cleared the drain pretty quickly with a snake. The whole thing took about 40 minutes and everything has been working perfectly since. Price was about $120 which seemed fair to me. He was friendly, explained what caused the clog, and gave me a couple tips so it doesn’t happen again. Solid service and I’d definitely call them again if I need a plumber

I had an issue with my septic system so I called All Star. They came right out. When they pumped out the septic tank, they found an issue with tree roots and resolved it quickly. I communicated with Jon'dee and all went smooth. Very quick and very smooth. Highly recommend.

Big props to Lance and Sergio at All Star Plumbing. Sergio came in for a scheduled jet cleaning due to a backup over the weekend, (mind you the price All Star quoted was roughly a third less than a quote from another plumbing service) but before just jumping in and jetting, he checked all of the drains and snaked a camera through - all the way to the main line.
Sergio said we’re all clear, no need to jet, and Lance said no charge, we appreciate your business. I insisted, since as a business operator I know there are costs associated with simply sending someone out; so I was expecting to at least compensate for time and prep. And, I will also expect to pay for time and prep should this occur again. But alas, to no avail.
So I’ll show my thanks by letting as many people know through this review and will continue to recommend for friends and family.
I have used Allstar in the past as well, they are very good with pricing across the board, hence my reaching out to them again.

They came out, after receiving a ridiculous estimate from a different company, and estimated a respectable offer. I am grateful for the work they did. Septic abandonment and sewer tie in. They were respectful of my property, clean, and efficient. I recommend them to anyone who asks from small jobs to big jobs. Thank you for a job well done and exceeding my expectations. Jerry thank you for making this process easy.
